Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a composite cooling control system which has a simple constitution and is excellent in reliability. CONSTITUTION:In a composite cooling control system circulating cooling medium to plural heat loads 1 which plural cooling medium supply units 2 deal with, returning warmed cooling medium flowing out from each heat load 1 to a sump tank 3, flowing the cooling medium in the cooling medium supply units 2 from the sump tank 3 via a pump 5 and controlling the flow rate of each pump 5 by a digital controller 6, a control table 10 storing the heat load calorific value, characteristics, etc., regarding each cooling module is connected with the digital controller 6, a temperature sensor 8 detecting the temperature within the tank is provided within the sump tank 3, a flow rate sensor 11 detecting the flow rate of the cooling medium is provided at the entrance of the cooling medium of the same sump tank 3, and the digital controller 6 receives the outputs of these temperature sensor 8 and flow rate sensor 11 and controls the flow rate of each pump 5 in accordance with the control rule stored in the control table 10.
