Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a composite damping metallic sheet in which welding execution property is improved in butt welding of an end face and damping property is prevented from being lowered by piling up a supplementary plate on a main plate and partially combining both plates.
CONSTITUTION: Three sheets of piled plates are combined at least in the circumferential edge part. Distance (d) of the combined part 3 from the edge is regulated to ≤40mm. The interval (l) of the combined parts 3 is expressed, l(mm) ≤300t2-2.5d-75. But t2 is thickness (mm) of the thinnest supplementary plate. In the case of l≤40, linear combination is formed along the edge.
