Abstract:
To firmly attach a resin molded article onto a surface of a glass substrate without damaging the surface of the glass substrate when integrally molding the resin molded article, which is an engaging portion, with a surface of a glass-made display panel.SOLUTION: A resin molded article 3 is molded in a three stage configuration of a sheet part 31 in contact with a glass substrate 2, a turret-shaped base part 32 provided on an upper surface of the sheet part 31, and a protrusion part 33 which is an engaging portion, provided on an upper surface of the base part 32. By setting a horizontal cross-sectional area of the base part 32 smaller than a horizontal cross-sectional area of the sheet part 31, bonding area with respect to the glass substrate 2 is ensured, thereby bonding strength is heightened. By making the sheet part 31 thinner, the occurrence of sink marks is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
