PURPOSE: To make a titled watch easier to operate by using two crowns for the external operating means of the watch, using one of the crowns for operating an analog display part and the other for operating a digital display part.

CONSTITUTION: An external operating member 3 for operating an analog display part 1 can be pulled out in two stages. While it is held pulled out by one stage, a time difference can be corrected; namely, only the watch 101 can be corrected in one-hour unit. While it is held pulled out by two stages, the second hand 103 stops and the hands can be set. If an external operating member 4 is rotated at its ordinary position, the functions possenssed by the watch are called out successively, and information and functions are displayed on a digital display part 2. The member 4 permits one stage of pulling out and pushing in, by which the correction in the respective functions and the setting and resetting of an alarm are accomplished.
