Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite double-side-black copper foil which shows a deep black color on both a luster surface and a mat surface by applying a blackening treatment simultaneously to both sides of copper foil, is uniform without unevenness, does not cause powder falling and has good etching properties, and its production method.SOLUTION: A composite double-side-black copper foil comprises copper foil having a luster surface and a mat surface and two blackening-treated layer which are provided each on the luster surface and the mat surface and composed of an alloy formed by plating with a plating bath containing copper ion, cobalt ion, nickel ion, manganese ion, magnesium ion and sodium ion.
