Abstract:
To enhance a degree of design freedom for inductance and capacitance by reducing mutual interference in the case of manufacturing an inductor/ capacitor composite component.
A 1st electrode layer 21, a dielectric layer (PST layer) 3, and a 2nd electrode layer 22 are formed on a substrate 1 in this order to form a capacitor section, and a flat inductor consisting of a magnetic film 5 and a coil 4 is formed on the capacitor section so as to make the capacitor and the inductor independent of each other in terms of the circuit thereby reducing the mutual interference and enhancing a degree of design freedom of the inductance and the capacitance.
