Abstract:
To provide a W/O/W-type composite emulsion practically usable even by decreasing the amount of surfactant as low as possible and provide a cosmetic produced by using the emulsion.
A W/O-type emulsion having the interface between water phase and oil phase formed by the use of hydrophobicized powder is emulsified with an acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer to obtain the objective W/O/W-the composite emulsion. The cosmetic is produced by using the composite emulsion.
