Abstract:

To provide uniform composite fibers without irregularities, in the form of trapped gas bubbles or microbubbles.SOLUTION: A composite fiber includes a plurality of filament strands that have been twisted and molded, and a resin to be cured, wherein the composite fiber has a tensile strength of about 2889 Mpa (about 419.18 ksi), with a variation of about 5% from the average tensile strength. There are almost no gas microbubbles among the filaments inside the resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
