To provide a composite film material constituted by providing a fluoroplastic resin layer on the surface of a base material, characterized in that the surface roughness (Rz) of the fluoroplastic resin layer is 100 μm or less and the heat conductivity thereof at 25°C is 0.5 kcal/m.hr.°C or less and capable of preventing congelation, freezing, icing or the like.
The surfaces of glass fibers are preliminarily coated with a fluoroplastic resin and the coated glass fibers are woven and, thereafter, the thermal bonding processing of the fluoroplastic resin and the adhesion processing of a heat insulating material are applied to the woven one to obtain the composite film material. A fluoroplastic resin film 43 and glass cloth 30 are integrally laminated by laminators 31, 32.
