To obtain a composite film which is excellent in dripproof and its durability and has stainproof, etc., as a composite film by laminating a cellulosic resin film on one side of a fluororesin film through an adhesive layer.
A cellulosic resin film is laminated on one side of a fluororesin film through an adhesive layer. As the fluororesin, tetrafluoroethylene- hexafluoropropylene copolymer is used preferably in terms of mechanical properties, film making, processability, etc., and above all, a composition consisting mainly of ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer is desirable. The cellulosic resin is cellulose or its ether, ester or other derivatives. Among them, surface- saponified cellulose acetate fibers are preferable especially in view of dripproofing properties.
