Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inspect a water supply apparatus or the like, by laying fire proof panels between the support points of trusses on the floor slab of the upper floor and laying fire-proof panels between the support points of trusses on the ceiling boards of the lower floor, to form compsite fire-resisting floorslabs.
SOLUTION: A structure 2 transferring the weight of the floor slabs of respective floors of a multi-story apartment house to the peripheral beams, is constituted of space trusses or the like. Fire proof panels laid between the support points of trusses are installed on the floor slab of the upper floor and fire proof panels laid between the support points of trusses are installed on the ceiling boards 4 of the lower floor, to form composite fire proof floor slabs. Various works of fitting, inspection, repair, exchange, and positional shifting, of pipes 5 and fittings like water supply pipes installed in the inside, are facilitated by removing the upper and lower panels of the composite floor slab.
