A gear pump 67 sucks the working fluid for the Rankine cycle from an upstream second flow passage 31 and delivers the sucked working fluid for the Rankine cycle to a downstream first flow passage 22. A pair of shaft sealing devices 81, 82 is provided at an interval in an axial direction between the shaft hole 381 of a partitioning wall 38 and the peripheral surface 401 of the drive shaft 40. The pair of shaft sealing devices 81, 82 forms an intermediate pressure chamber 83 in the shaft hole 381. The intermediate pressure chamber 83 is connected to the second flow passage 31 through a pressure passage 84 passing through the inside of the partitioning wall 38.
