PURPOSE: To improve the coefficient of arrival of a missile to a target marine vessel by a method wherein when the missile is shot in a place approaching a target marine vessel, a constraining mechanism for slave missiles is released through utilization of an shot impact, a slave missile containing shell is disassembled to facilitate launching of the slave missiles, and through actuation of a launching mechanism, a plurality of slave missiles are launched.
CONSTITUTION: When a master missile 1 is shot, an impact is sensed by an impact perceiving sensor 9, and an output therefrom is amplified by a amplifier 10. The amplified output actuates a constraint releasing mechanism 11 to release a constraining mechanism 12, a slave missile containing outer shell 8 is knocked down and disassembled. Launching of a plurality of slave missiles 7 is facilitated and a launching mechanism 13 is actuated by means of an output from an amplifier 10 to actuate a propulsion device 4 to launch a plurality of the slave missiles 7. This constitution enables the slave missiles to be guided to a target marine vessel even when the master misile is shot and sunk in sea or a course is varied and the master missile does not arrive at the target marine vessel, and enables improvement of the coefficient of arrival of a missile to the target marine vessel.
