Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a composite Hume contrete pipe further improved in the interlaminar adhesiveness of the respective layers on the inner surface thereof by successively applying a primer layer, an unsaturated polyester resin layer and an unsaturated polyester resin mortar layer to the inner surface of a Hume concrete pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A primer is applied to a Hume concrete pipe and an unsaturated polyester resin is applied to the primer layer and an unsaturated polyester resin mortar layer is further applied. By this constitution, the interlaminar peeling generated between the Hume concrete pipe and a corrosion-resistant lining layer due to the curing shrinkage of the corrosion-resistant lining layer and the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the Bume concrete pipe and the corrosion-resistant lining layer can be prevented.
