Abstract:
To provide a composite light source device securing visibility by making irradiation regions identical in lamp body circumferential directions of two kinds of light source units having mutually different properties.SOLUTION: A transparent resin frame 1 forming a cylindrical lamp body consists of a bottom face part 1-1 and vertical plates 1-2-1, 1-2-2 and 1-2-3 that are radially provided at an interval of 120°. In a center of the bottom face part 1-1 of the frame 1, a xenon tube 2 as a first light source unit is provided in a vertical state. LED substrates 4-1, 4-2 and 4-3 comprising top-view type LED packages 3-1, 3-2 and 3-3 including light-emitting surfaces 3-1a, 3-2a and 3-3a in a radial direction of a cylindrical lamp body as a second light source unit are stuck onto first faces of the vertical plates 1-2-1, 1-2-2 and 1-2-3 of the frame 1. Mirrors 5-1, 5-2 and 5-3 are stuck onto second faces of the vertical plates 1-2-1, 1-2-2 and 1-2-3 of the frame 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
