Charging data preserved in the charge storage device 8 are displayed by inputting the ID code of a user from an operation display unit 6 and operating a charge display key. Thus, the user or a manager recognizes the using charges for the respective application functions for the respective users and it is useful for the collection of the using charges and charge management for the respective users.
