Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic material which has comparatively large permeability and can maintain comparatively high gain Q-factor, in a frequency band from several MHz to several GHz.
SOLUTION: A composite magnetic material contains a ferrite powder and resin. Spinel-type ferrite having composition represented by (NiO)x(CoO)y(MeO)z(Fe2O3)1-x-y-z, where Me is at least one kind selected out of Mg, Cu and Zn, and x, y and z satisfy the conditions 0.10≤x≤0.550, 0.025≤y≤0.200, 0≤z≤0.200 and 0.400≤(x+y+z)≤0.600 is used as a ferrite constituting the ferrite powder.
