Title:
COMPOSITE MAGNETIC MATERIAL AND INHIBITOR FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3812977
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin inhibitor for electromagnetic interference which can effectively inhibit electromagnetic interference in the microwave band.
SOLUTION: As the material of an inhibitor for electromagnetic interference, powder 2 of a semi-hard magnetic material are bound with an organic binder 3 to obtain a composite magnetic material 1 with high magnetic loss in the microwave band. A metallic magnetic materials such as Fe-Co-Mo alloy, Co-Fe- Nb alloy, or Fe-Co-V alloy, or an oxide magnetic material such as γ-Fe2O3 or Ba ferrite substituted by Co-Ti can be used as the semi-hard magnetic material. The coercive force Hc of the powdered semi-hard magnetic material is 10 to 300Oe. A polyurethane resin can be used as the organic binder.
