Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic member, its manufacturing method and a solenoid valve using this composite magnetic member in which the performances of a ferromagnetic part and nonmagnetic part is held and which is excellent in the resistance to stress corrosion crack. SOLUTION: A hollow shaped intermediate formed body 10 which has the ferromagnetic part 2 and non-magnetic part 3 and whose non-magnetic part 3 is constricted in the inside direction is manufactured, next, a stress removing stage is executed to remove the tensile residual stress of the intermediate formed body 10. In the stress removing stage, it is desirable that the non-magnetic part 3 is expanded by force-fitting a punch 51 in the inside of the intermediate formed body 10 and, after that, the intermediate formed body 10 is ironed so that the tensile residual stress in the non-magnetic part 3 becomes a compressive residual stress with the punch 51 inserted. As the stress removing stage, a shot- peening process may be executed.
