Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite magnetic powder having a high magnetic property, a metal composite core and a method for manufacturing the metal composite core.SOLUTION: Magnetic powder is arranged by mixing first magnetic powder of 100-200 μm in average particle diameter and second magnetic powder of 5-10 μm in average particle diameter. A method for manufacturing a metal composite core comprises: a coating step of adding 0.25-1.0 wt.% of a silane coupling agent to the magnetic powder to form an insulative coating on the magnetic powder; a mixing step of mixing the magnetic powder with a resin; a molding step of putting the mixture obtained in the mixing step in a predetermined container to mold it; and a curing step of curing the resin in a mold obtained in the molding step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
