To obtain a composite of a rubber member and a resin member by directly and strongly bonding a resin and a rubber in a wide combination without using an adhesive.
A resin composition (a) constituted of a non-crosslinked crosslinkable resin or a preformed object (b) containing at least a non- crosslinked crosslinkable resin, and a rubber composition which contains at least an unvulcanized rubber and of which the vulcanizing agent (radical generator or the like) is active on the contact surface with a molding resin material or a preformed object thereof, are brought to a contact state, and the unvulcanized rubber is vulcanized to produce the composite of the resin member and the rubber member. As the crosslinkable resin, a thermoplastic resin containing an unsaturated bond and a thermosetting resin having a crosslinkable functional group can be used.
