Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite mass synthesis device, capable of effectively synthesizing composite powder through a co-polymerization step simpler than the conventional one for the powder mass production of a different kind composite such as multiple metal or metal-carbon hybrid particles and the application expansion thereof, a reactor therefor and a composite synthesis method using the same.SOLUTION: Two or more samples are respectively vaporized by a vaporizer and are thereafter made to flow into a reactor having a cross-sectional diameter with dimensions higher than those of a connection tube to which the samples in a gas state are transferred and held to a temperature lower than the temperature of the connection tube to generate a powdery composite, and the generated composite is synthesized to the face to be deposited in a state where being electrostatically stuck. As a result, the mass-production of a different kind composite such as multiple metal or metal-carbon hybrid particles is made possible, and the synthesized composite is easily recovered and can be applied to the other step. Further, by adjusting the diameter of the connection tube and the diameter of the cross-sectional face of the reactor in which the composite particles are synthesized, the amount of the composite particles synthesized to the surface of a metal plate can be easily controlled.
