Title:
COMPOSITE MATERIAL MEMBER WITH UNIFORM SURFACE RESISTIVITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009280746
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To easily obtain an injection-molded molding having a good and unifrom electroconductivity.

The composite material comprises carbon fibers dispersed in the matrix as a filler. In the carbon fiber-containing composite material member, the number density of the carbon fibers is uniform in the depth direction and the carbon fibers are not extremely orientated along the flow direction on the surface of the composite member. Preferably, the carbon fibers are carbon nanotubes or gas phase-grown carbon fibers. For example, when a molding material containing the filers and the matrix is flown into the mold, the orientation and density of the carbon fibers are controlled by carrying out the molding as the fountain flow phenomenon on the free surface of the tip of the flow is covered with another resin.
