Abstract:
To provide a rubber/steel cord composite having a good shape stability, a method for producing the composite material, a bead core and a tire using the composite material, and a method for producing the tire.
The composite material includes a semi-vulcanized rubber and steel cords. The whole rubber of the rubber/steel cord composite material is brought into a semi-vulcanized state, and the rubber/steel cord composite material having a high shape stability can be obtained.
