The method for producing the CNT/polymer composite material comprises a process for preliminarily mixing CNT (carbon nanotube) with an anionic surfactant such as sodium dodecyl sulfate in water to form a CNT/polymer composite material solution, and a process for mixing a water-soluble polymer such as polyvinyl alcohol with the formed CNT/polymer composite material solution with high speed fine vibrations.
