Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an industrial composite material proper for high-quality building materials, cut-off material and interior design material or the like by strongly bridge-joining a covering agent and nap and constituting an excellent composite material difficult to cause peeling and crazing.
CONSTITUTION: Knitted fabric or cloth has prickle-shaped nap 2 consisting of synthetic fiber filament of diameter of (0.035-0.43)mm in 10% or more of crossover points of ground texture 1. The top of the prickle-shaped nap 2 is spherical or mushroom shaped. The knitted fabric or cloth is used for the composite base material. The side having at least prickle-shaped nap 2 is coated with a covering agent 3 such as concrete.
