Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite mesh sheet for printing capable of forming a clear printed image by an aqueous ink or an oil-based ink. SOLUTION: This composite mesh sheet for printing is obtained by forms a resin coating layer including a flexible polymeric material on the whole surface of exposed peripheral surfaces of constituent yarns of a base fabric composed of a coarse mesh knitted fabric, flattens the resin coated yarns or uses multilayered yarns comprising a core layer and a skin layer having a low melting point as the constituent yarns and flattens the composite yarns, and regulates a ratio of a major axis L1 in the direction parallel to the surface of the sheet and a minor axis L2 in the direction in right angle to the L1 in the cross section, L1/L2 in 1.3:1 to 5:1, and regulates the total area of through-holes between the resin coated yarns or multilayered yarns to the surface area of the sheet to <=0.5. Munsell lightness of the resin coated layer is set to >=8.0, and the Munsell lightness of base fabric to <=7.5 and a flame retardant is impregnated in the resin coating layer as necessary.
