Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite in which a molding of a thermoplastic resin composition is integrated with a shaped metal material with sufficiently high strength.SOLUTION: The composite according to the present invention includes: a coated shaped metal material which has a shaped metal material and an organic resin layer disposed thereon; and a molding of a thermoplastic resin composition which is joined to a surface of the coated shaped metal material by injection molding or thermocompression bonding. The organic resin layer contains an acid-modified polypropylene. The molding shrinkage factor of the thermoplastic resin composition is 1.1% or less. The ratio αp/αm of the linear expansion coefficient αp of the thermoplastic resin composition to the linear expansion coefficient αm of the shaped metal material is 6 or less.
