Abstract:
To provide a composite formed product which is comparatively lightweight and excellent in strength.SOLUTION: A composite formed product includes: a paper core material including an aggregate of a plurality of hollow cells which are partitioned by cell walls and open to at least one side of a thickness direction; a thermoplastic resin foamed particle; and a cured product of a thermosetting resin. The cell is filled with a group of thermoplastic resin foamed particles; the paper core material and the thermoplastic resin foamed particle adhere to each other through the cured product of the thermosetting resin; and the thermoplastic foamed particles adhere to each other through the cured product of the thermosetting resin. The cell wall has a buckling portion in a thickness direction of the paper core material; and the thermosetting resin is impregnated into the paper core material and cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
