PURPOSE: To efficiently mold composites which consist of solid members and green compacts and are various parts used in various industrial fields with high accuracy by compressing the powders packed into a recessed space between a punch mounted at a due and a punch facing this punch.
CONSTITUTION: The circular columnar solid member u1 is fitted into the recessed part v1 bored at the lower punch p2 and the powders (n) are packed into a rubber mold (m). A plus plunger is then lowered from the standby state of the upper punch p1 and the upper part of the circular columnar solid member u1 fitted into the recessed part v1 bored at the lower punch p2 is inserted into the hole part e1 bored at the upper punch p1. The upper punch p1 descends by overcoming the elasticity of a spring member (s) and the upper punch p1 depresses the die (d) when the press plunger descends further. Then, the recessed part space (h) formed by the die (d) and the lower punch p2 is decreased and the rubber mold (m) in the recessed part space (n)is compressed. The powder therein is thus compressed.
