PURPOSE: To obtain a composite molding good in thermal fusion properties, excellent in flexibility or moldability and having a surface free from a sticking feeling from a specific resin layer and a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer layer composed of a base material containing a specific component.
CONSTITUTION: The layered constitution of a composite molding consists of a resin layer composed of at least one kind of a resin selected from a group consisting of polycarbonate, an acrylic resin, a styrenic resin, polyvinyl chloride and modified polyphenylene ether and a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer layer. The styrenic thermoplastic elastomer layer consists of 30-90wt.% of a component A being a hydrogenated styrene/conjugated diene block copolymer characterized by that conjugated diene is a mixture of isoprene and butadiene, 70-10wt.% of a component B being a paraffinic oil and a component C being at least one kind of a thermoplastic elastomer selected from a group consisting of polyester, polyamide and polyurethane type thermoplastic elastomers and the component C is 100-200 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the sum total amt. of the components A, B.
