Abstract:
To enable a rigid integration of a divider without using an adhesive when a steering wheel is manufactured by a method for integrating the divider.
A method for manufacturing the steering wheel comprises the steps of integrally welding a resin layer 4 of a plurality of dividers 6 in a state in which the plurality of the dividers 6 each having a surface material 3 and a resin layer 4 provided on an inner surface of the material 3 are combined to form an outer shell 2, and then filing between the shell 2 and mandrel 1 with a resin in a state in which the mandrel 1 is disposed in the shell 2 to form a core 7.
