A composite molding 1 has a metal layer 2 and a resin layer 3 formed on a surface of the metal layer 2. The metal layer 2 has a first slope 2c inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction thereof, and a second slope 2d inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the metal layer and intersecting the first slope 2c. The first slope 2c and the second slope 2d have recesses 2e and 2f substantially vertically recessed with respect to the slopes. Projections 3a engaging with the recesses 2e and 2f are integrally formed with the resin layer 3.
