Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite molding capable of obliterating complex processes such as secondary works (e.g., polishing, glazing, etc.), of indirectly inhibiting the production/work cost, and of enhancing the work yield and, by preparing a decorative layer based on an in-mold film technique, to collectively solve problems inherent in moldings of the prior art manufactured by plastic injection, namely the difficulty of color control, likelihood of the arising of a great color difference, and the necessity of convoluted post-treatment works such as post-coating based on the spray method, printing, electroplating, engraving, etc.SOLUTION: The composite molding of the present invention includes a body possessing a mold line and a decorative layer covering the outer surface of the body and concealing the mold line.
