Abstract:
To provide a nonwoven fabric having soft texture and good feeling in dry state as well as wet state.
A spun-bond nonwoven fabric is placed on a supporting mesh, a paper sheet is laminated on the nonwoven fabric and high-pressure water jet is applied from the surface of the paper sheet to the spun-bond nonwoven fabric to cause the entanglement of the pulp constituting the paper sheet with the filament constituting the spun-bond nonwoven fabric. The surface roughness (SMD) of the paper sheet measured parallel to the MD direction is 4.0-15.0 μm.
