Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite organic insulator, a composite organic bushing, and their manufacturing method by which shortening of life caused by parting lines can be improved.
SOLUTION: In a composite organic insulator (or bushing) comprising an insulating core body and an insulating sheath 12 formed around the insulating core body by filling an organic high molecular material into a mold cavity, the parting lines of the insulating sheath 12 are discontinuously formed in the longitudinal direction of the composite organic insulator (or bushing). The manufacturing method of the composite organic insulator (or bushing) comprises a process for multidivisionally molding the insulating sheath 12 in the longitudinal direction of the composite organic insulator (or bushing), the mold fitting surfaces are in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the insulator (or bushing) in the molding process, and the mold fitting surfaces of at least a set of adjacent molding parts are not located on the same plane.
