Abstract:
PURPOSE: To promote the strength and rigidity of a composite panel by combining a truss molding metal plate with basic material such as stone, etc., to form composite truss plate construction having continuous spaces on the rear side of the basic material such as stone, etc.
CONSTITUTION: First of all, an adhesive is applied to the whole rear side of the basic material 19, a truss molding metal plate 1 is mounted thereon, a hook 15 on the circumferential edge is fitted in an L-shaped interlocking section 17 of the basic material 19, and they are bound together as a unit. Adhesion strength is toughened by keeping a quantity of the adhesive in a state to have a certain quantity running over from an anchrage hole 6 or every gap 16, etc. In a composite panel the truss molding metal plate 1 is combined with the basic material 19 to form composite truss plate construction having spaces 18 connected to the rear side thereof. The spaces 18 having continued diagonal members 9 and chord members 10 are formed on the rear side of the basic material 19.
