PURPOSE: To provide a composite paper container with a pour-out instrument having an excellent barrier character and a good adhesion between the container body and the pour-out instrument.

CONSTITUTION: In the composite paper container 2 with the pour-out instrument wherein the pour-out instrument 3 made of polyolefin resin is inserted from the inside of the composite paper container into its opening to be secured therein, the inner peripheral surface of the composite paper container 2 is constituted of an inner peripheral layer 11 containing the semi-aromatic polyamide resin formed by copolymerization of an aromatic polyamide forming component consisting of aliphatic diamine, isophthalic acid and/or terephthalic acid and an aliphatic polyamide forming component consisting of lactam or aliphatic diamine and aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and the laminated materials 4 having the semi-aromatic polyamide resin layers containing semi-aromatic polyamide resin are interposed between the flange 31 of the pour-out instrument 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the composite paper container 2.
