Abstract:

To provide composite particles which can improve adhesiveness to a resin, etc., and a production method therefor.

The production method for the composite particles comprises producing the composite particles by adding a nickel compound which is a nickel source to a solution dispersed with microfine fibers, such as carbon nanotubes, and further, adding alkali thereto to prepare an alkaline solution and reducing the nickel by adding a reducing agent composed of hydrazine or hydrazine hydrate to the solution while warming up the alkaline solution. A sulfuric acid ion source and one or more selected from an ammonia or ammonium ion source, and nitric acid source are added to the alkaline solution thereby depositing the nickel powder having a large number of stabber-shaped projections on an outer surface and incorporating the microfine fibers partly projected from the nickel powder into the nickel powder.
