Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite particle powder excellent in ultraviolet- screening property, light resistance, handling property and dispersibility in a vehicle.
SOLUTION: In the powder, a particle surface of a white inorganic particle powder having a refractive index of 2.0 or more is coated with an adhesive, a black pigment attaches to the coating and a total attachment amount of the black pigment is 1-500 pts.wt. based on the white inorganic particle of 100 pts.wt. A paint and a resin composition contain the powder.
