Abstract:
To produce a resin that allows a composite particle to be mixed into the resin with good dispersibility and has good characteristics.SOLUTION: A resin PR is formed by (a) a step of preparing a first suspension 1S in which a composite particle PreEm composed of an inorganic fine particle 10 covered with a layer of a polymer P1 through a nonionic surfactant NS is dispersed, (b) a step of producing the composite particle PreEm by vaporizing a liquid component of the first suspension 1S, (c) a step of melt kneading the composite particle PreEm with a pellet MP1(P) of a matrix resin and (d) a step of cooling a mixture of the composite particle PreEm and the matrix resin. Thus, the dispersibility of the composite particle PreEm in the molten resin is enhanced and characteristics of the resin PR can be enhanced by mixing and melting with the pellet MP1(P) of the matrix resin after cooling the first suspension 1S containing the composite particle PreEm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
