Abstract:
To provide a composite particle being a porous particle with a high specific surface area or a hollow particle with a high hollow ratio, capable of maintaining a spherical shape, excellent in dispersion stability, excellent in skin compatibility, and capable of exhibiting excellent oil absorption and moisture retention properties, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof, and a personal care product using the composite particle.SOLUTION: A composite particle 1 includes: a core particle 2 having a pore 4; and a fine fiber 3 bonded on a surface of the core particle 2 in an inseparable state.
