Abstract:
To reduce a physical load related to an exposure dose and protection of a medical worker due to the omnidirectional scattered X-ray from a patient's body in order to solve a problem in a conventional medical X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus in which a protector that acts only in a specific azimuth is used.SOLUTION: By combining a plurality of protection devices (PD), the primary X-ray is transmitted excellently and the intensity of the omnidirectional scattered X-ray can be reduced. The scattered X-ray being the target of reduction is shared by an additional shield box 1 being the PD at the upper and lateral sides, and a high function table 2 at the lower side. By combining a protection instrument (PI: cover 18 and clothing 63 of a patient) in addition to the PD, the intensity of the scattered X-ray leaking to the lateral side from a penetration port of the box due to the movement of the human body in the time of surgery can be reduced. By using a composite absorbent material for respective portions, the scattered X-ray can be attenuated, and line energy absorption can be performed. Consequently, the exposure of a medical worker and the patient can be reduced, and a protection load of the medical worker can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
