Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite resin material excellent in heat resistance and capable of enhancing insulation breakdown electric field, a dielectric film, and a film capacitor and a connection type capacitor using the same, and an inverter and an electric motor car vehicle.SOLUTION: There is provided a composite resin material 1 containing an organic resin 2 and particles 3 containing a metal element and having average particle diameter of 4 nm or less, and having the number n0 of particles per area of 100 nm×100 nm of a cross section of 10 to 200 in the case containing a cyclic olefin-based resin material, 100 to 600 in the case containing a resin material having a phenylene ether structure, 100 to 700 in the case containing a resin material having polyester as a main skeleton and containing an alkoxy group. Film capacitors and a connection type capacitor C using a dielectric film of the composite resin material 1 are excellent in heat resistance and insulation breakdown electric field and is suitably used for an inverter D or an electric car vehicle E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
