Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a composite rolling roll without defective welding or the like by expanding the condition range that an outer layer and an inner layer are weldable.
In the composite rolling roll provided with the outer layer 12 in a shell layer and the inner layer 14 on the side of the core part, a sleeve 20 consisting of steel whose C-content is ≤0.25 wt.% is interposed between the outer layer 12 and the inner layer 14 and the sleeve 20 is respectively metallurgically integrated into the outer layer 12 and inner layer 14.
