To provide a composite of a rubber composition and steel cord, which inhibits blooming seen at the time of blending resorcinol or RF resin as low as possible while retaining the processability and high wet heat-resistant adhesion of the rubber composition, and in which the rubber composition undergoes little change with time and develops stable adhesion.

The composite is a composite of a rubber composition containing (A) a rubber component and (B) a thiazole compound represented by general formula (1) and steel cord, wherein R1 to R4 are each independently H or a group selected from 1-10C linear alkyl, 1-10C linear alkoxy, 3-12C branched alkyl and 3-12C branched alkoxy; R5 is a group selected from 1-10C linear alkyl, 3-12C branched alkyl, alicyclic hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon; and n is an integer of 2-4. A tire including the composite is also provided.
