PURPOSE: To give heat resistance, and improve the temperature dependency of dynamic elastic modulus by integrating with metal in use of rubber blending and adhesive agent, and further, specific rubber that becomes a base body thereof, and making it into a composite for a viscous rubber damper.
CONSTITUTION: The composite is made up of rubber having heat resistance and metal, and the rubber component is natural rubber or natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber, wherein a rubber composite is employed in which 30-100 pts.wt. of carbon black having 70μm or more in its particle diameter is blended relative to 100 pts.wt. of rubber, and sulfur and bismaleimide are also blended thereto. And, as an adhesive agent for the rubber and metal, an adhesive agent is used which consists mainly of chlorosulfonated polyethylene, and the rubber and metal are vulcanization adhered thereby. Whereby, it is made into a composite that is comprised of rubber and metal having heat resistance and a reduced temperature dependency.
