PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make adhesion of a vulcanized rubber to a resin composition excellent by a method wherein a specific vulcanized rubber composition and a specific resin composition are bonded to or laminated on each other.
SOLUTION: In a rubber composition, a 1-30 pts.wt. of at least one kind selected from among a compound and/or polymer group containing at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a group having an alkoxysilane, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, and an epoxy group is mixed in 100 pts.wt. ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer. The rubber composition is put into, for example, a mold, and foamed and vulcanized by a high temperature, or after molding in an optional shape with an extruder, it is foamed and vulcanized by heating in a vulcanizing tank. A resin composition is obtained by mixing 0.5-30 pts.wt. of a compound and/or a polymer containing a group having an alkoxysilane in 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polyolefin resin. A composite of rubber and resin is obtained wherein the resin composition is molded by a method of pressing or the like, and bonded to or laminated on the vulcanized rubber composition.
