Title:
COMPOSITE SHEET HAVING PSEUDO-ADHESIVE SURFACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3128736
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the curling of a thin paper separated from a pseudo- adhesive surface in a composite sheet having the pseudo-adhesive surface using the thin paper.
SOLUTION: Releasable treatment is lightly applied on the surface of tissue paper 1 and a polyethylene resin layer 3 is formed on the release treatment surface 2 to set the gap between the release treatment surface 2 of the tissue paper 1 and the polyethylene resin layer 3 to a pseudo-adhesive layer 4. A self-adhesive layer 5 is formed on the opposite surface of the polyethylene resin layer 3. The pseudo-adhesive surface 4 can be certainly held by the lightly performed release treatment surface 2 and the tissue paper 1 is easily separated without being curled. Further, the polyethylene resin layer 3 is directly provided on one surface of the tissue paper 1 to form the pseudo-adhesive surface 4. The self-adhesive layer 5 is formed into a crater-shaped surface and this crater- shaped part is bonded to the polyethylene resin layer 3. Both of them are partially and non-uniformly bonded by this crater-shaped part and the tissue paper 1 is separated without being curled.
