PURPOSE: To obtain a composite sheet like article produced by integrally compounding fiber cloth and a thermoplastic resin and having a smooth surface state, to say more precisely, to continuously produce a continuous composite sheet like article consisting of a fiber and a thermoplastic resin with high productivity.

CONSTITUTION: In a composite sheet like article 4 constituted of at least three layers, the intermediate layer of the composite sheet like article 4 is a composite integrated layer constituted of fiber cloth 1 and the thermoplastic resin infiltrated into the fiber cloth 1 and both surfaces of the intermediate layer are constituted of single layers composed of a crystallized thermoplastic resin.
